Why coastal art?

I have been privelidged to grow up on the coast, the few times I have travelled inland I have felt uneasy, missing the salt in the air. This morning while walking on the shore I

witnessed a mother dolphin teacher her baby to fish, she catches a fish and seems to throw it for her baby to pursue, would have been 10 metres away from me. Our lovely safety bay beach has hosted a couple of young humpback whale bulls for the winter, so close to shore, even entertaining the lucky few by approaching the jetty to say hello. The sound of the waves, the salt air, the sand and refreshing water on my feet, I cant leave it, its paradise
